BlackRock: No Legal Reason to Treat Spot Crypto ETFs and Futures ETFs Differently

BlackRock has announced that there is no legal reason to treat spot crypto ETFs and crypto futures ETFs differently, according to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
