Bitfarms receives Nasdaq non-compliance notification
Bitfarms ( NASDAQ: BITF ) has received a Nasdaq notification for failing to meet the exchange's minimum bid price continued listing requirement. For the last thirty consecutive business days, the bid price for the company's common shares had closed below the minimum US$1.00 per share requirement.
