SPAC Crypto 1 Acquisition to liquidate
Crypto 1 Acquisition ( NASDAQ: DAOO ) said Friday it intends to liquidate as it will not complete a merger within the time period required. The SPAC will redeem all outstanding class A shares included in its IPO at a per-share redemption price of ~$10.14. The redemption is expected to be completed on December 19.
