Moxian (BVI) gets non-compliance from Nasdaq regarding minimum bid price

Moxian (BVI) Inc ( NASDAQ: MOXC ) said Wednesday it received a Nasdaq notice indicating that it was not in compliance with the minimum bid price rule for continued listing. The company has 180 calendar days, or till May 10, to regain compliance. If Moxian ( MOXC ) does not regain compliance by then, it may be eligible for an additional 180-day grace period.
