Elon Musk and Tesla are Bitcoin investors, is this the year for a Bitcoin ETF?

What are the chances we can see a U.S. based ETF that is focused around Bitcoin (BTC-USD) in 2021? It’s the question that has been asked over and over and with the news today that Elon Musk, CEO of Tesla (TSLA) has stirred the Bitcoin (BTC-USD) pot, it has resurfaced itself again. Tesla (TSLA) on Monday revealed that it has just recently purchased $1.5 billion of Bitcoin (BTC-USD) and plans to accept it as a form of payment in the future. As if Bitcoin (BTC-USD) is not volatile enough it’s now down -3.75% on the day. So back to the question of if there can be a Bitcoin (BTC-USD) ETF created in 2021?
