Hong Kong Monetary Authority Initiates Research on Retail Central Bank Digital Currency 

The Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) is reportedly rolling up its sleeves for retail Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) studies, according to a report published on Friday.
