Binance Charity introduces a unique new program that gives fans the power of choosing in collaboration with S.S. Lazio and Binance Fan Token. With a $100,000 contribution up for grabs for certain humanitarian efforts, Binance users play a significant role as the key decision-makers in selecting the "Player of the Month" (POTM) in a first-of-its-kind campaign.
Binance Fan Tokens have given fans new and original methods to cheer on their favourite teams and athletes. Fans may vote for their favourite players and give them Binance Fan Tokens through the Binance POTM program. Voting is available on a per-match occasion, whether it be every month, weekly, or season-long.
The person who wins the most POTM titles over the course of the season will contribute all $65,000 of their wins to the charity of their choosing, whereas the person who finishes second will donate all $35,000 of their prize money. This latest charitable endeavour builds on POTM to further promote good change in society.
This interactive strategy intends to demonstrate the ability of cryptocurrency Fan Tokens to involve fans and deepen the connection among the team, its followers, and the charity organisations they represent.

Ciro Immobile is the very first winner to be declared as part of the POTM campaign. Ciro will donate all of his winnings (which amount to $65,000) to Binance Charity's Tree Millions program. As a major contributor to climate change, forestry is the focus of this research. Since its debut in 2021, it has resulted in the planting of approximately 295,000 trees in 27 different nations. The $65,000 gift will be used to support community-beneficial forestry projects in Italy.
The second-place finisher, Felipe Anderson, has decided to give all of his winnings—a total of $35,000—to Binance Charity's earthquake appeal. Funds will help people most in need in Turkey and Syria reconstruct their lives after one of the most destructive earthquakes to strike the area in more than a century struck earlier this year, in collaboration with Mercy Corps and Kizilay (the Turkish Red Cross).
S.S. Lazio players are auctioning off football jerseys in addition to the POTM fundraising initiative to generate money for Binance Charity's Fight Hunger Worldwide project. Through food distribution initiatives in Morocco, Sri Lanka, France, Nigeria, and Malaysia, the project has so far assisted in feeding close to 22,000 people. The proceeds from the sale of the S.S.
